Half an hour, one whole audit
We go through how an audit is planned, documented and closed in PART. No slide deck: we work in the system and you ask questions while we do it.
Your operation, not our presentation
We spend the time on what is relevant to you. If you mostly audit against ISO 9001 and ISO 14001, that is what we look at. If you have a supplier review ahead of you, we spend more time on hosting and access.
Do send one of your existing audit reports in advance. Then we can show what the same observations would look like in PART, rather than showing an example nobody recognises.
Half an hour is enough for you to know whether this is worth a next meeting. If the answer is yes, we book a longer walkthrough with more of your auditors.
Four parts in thirty minutes
Your situation, five minutes
How many auditors you have, which standards you certify against and how you document today. We ask so that we can choose what to show.
The audit, fifteen minutes
We go through an assignment from planning to closed nonconformity. You see how an observation is written, linked to a requirement and becomes part of the report.
Hosting and access, five minutes
Where the application is hosted, how roles govern what someone sees and how your own address and environment work. Bring the questions you get from your clients.
Next steps, five minutes
What a start-up would involve at your end and what we need in order to quote. You are not committed to anything after the meeting.
Three parts of the system
The planning
How an audit is set up against the client's processes and the standard that applies, with scope, times and auditors in place.
The auditor's view
How an observation is written on site, linked to process and requirement, and how coverage against the standard adds up while the work is under way.
The nonconformity through to closure
How a nonconformity is recorded, goes to the client, is answered and is closed with the evidence still in the same place.
Bring this and the meeting gets concrete
An existing audit report
Preferably a real one, anonymised if need be. It lets us show your own documentation instead of our sample data.
An auditor who works in the field
The person who actually sits in the meeting room asks different questions from the person who buys. Both belong at the meeting.
Your questions about hosting
If you have a checklist from a supplier review, send it in advance so we have time to go through it properly.
Questions about the demo
Does the demo cost anything?
No, and it commits you to nothing. We quote only if you ask us to.
Can several of us join the meeting?
Yes, and it is usually better. Bring both the decision maker and an auditor who works in the field.
Can we have a test account instead?
Raise it at the meeting. We would rather show the setup once than let you into an empty system without your templates.
We are certified by a body that does not use PART. Can we still book?
Yes. Get in touch and we will contact your certification body, or you can tell them about it yourselves.
Book a time
Tell us which certification body you are from and roughly how many auditors you have, and we will propose a time.
