How quickly do you reply?
We are not putting response times in writing here until we can hold to them. If the matter is urgent, say so in the first sentence.
Can we get a quote without booking a demo?
Yes, but it will be rougher. The price depends on your volume and your templates, and a half-hour walkthrough makes the figure far more useful.
We are a certified company, not a certification body. Can we buy PART?
No. PART is sold to certification bodies. If your body uses PART, you get accounts through them at no cost to you.
Can we see the system before we decide?
Yes, that is what the demo is for. Bring one of your own audit reports and the walkthrough becomes concrete.
