For auditors

Write the observation once

You take notes on site and the report is built from what you wrote. No evening spent copying your own notes into a Word template.

The day as it is now

The audit gets done twice

You sit in a meeting room taking notes. A notepad, sometimes a laptop, sometimes a spreadsheet someone built five years ago. In the evening you open the report template and rewrite the same observations in a different format.

It is not just duplicated work. Every rewrite is a chance to lose something: which document you actually looked at, what the person said word for word, which clause of the standard the question covered. What goes missing only shows when somebody else has to read the report two years later.

PART removes the second pass. The note is the basis for the report.

On site

What the day looks like instead

Everything is ready to hand

The client's processes, last year's nonconformities and this year's scope are in the assignment before you travel out. No searching through your email on the train.

The observation is linked straight away

You write down what you see and link it to process and requirement in the same step. The link is made while you still remember why it applies.

You can see what remains

Coverage adds up as you work. The gap in today's programme is visible while you are still at the client.

What you avoid

Four tasks that disappear

The evening with the report template

The report is generated from what you documented. You read it through, adjust the wording and approve it.

Hunting for last year's material

Earlier audits sit in the same structure as this year's. You read them where you work, not in a folder tree on a server.

The spreadsheet for nonconformities

Nonconformities are recorded on the observation and followed to closure in the same view. No separate list to keep in sync.

Working in the wrong language

The interface comes in six languages. You can work in Swedish on an assignment where a colleague works in German.

The methodology

The tool does not teach you your job

PART follows the process-based methodology you already work to. You set the audit up around the client's processes, ask your questions and make your assessments exactly as before.

What changes is where the work is written down. The structure sits in the system instead of in your habits, which means a colleague can take over an assignment without ringing you first.

Questions from auditors

Is there more to write in?

Roughly the same amount, but only once. You make the link to requirement and process while you are thinking about it anyway, rather than when the report has to be put together.

Can I work in my own language?

Yes. The interface comes in Swedish, English, German, Icelandic, Spanish and Portuguese, and you pick your own regardless of what your colleagues chose.

How long does it take to learn?

It depends on how you set up the templates. The methodology is the one you already know, so what is new is where in the system you write.

Does the client see my notes?

The client sees what is shared with them, for example the report and their nonconformities. Access is governed by role.
